Ingredients
2-10,mild jalapeno peppers Monterey jackcheese with
2tbsp juice, egg wash & breadcrumbs!
 
 
Method:

1.  Use,4-8mild, jalapeno peppers, halved. I use Faro, Brand (seeds removed), 2cups shredded, Monterey jackcheese. 1-can, minced clam with 2 tbsp juice you can then add chopped up chicken or shrimp and/or crab meat.

2.  Dip in egg wash (egg & water beaten together). Roll in bread crumbs.......Fry until golden brown, drain well. Bonaparte!
