Ingredients
Potatoes (Boiled) - 1 lb (450 gms)
Butter - 1 oz (25 gms)
Milk - 2 Tbsp
Salt & Ground black pepper - To taste
 

 

   
 

Method:

1.  Preheat the oven at 2400C.

2.  Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk and seasoning. Spoon the mixture into a piping - bag with a large staff nozzle - pipe, pour onto a greased baking tray.

3.  Convect at 2400C for 25 minutes or until golden-brown.
