Boiled Rice

Ingredients
250 gms Long grain rice
2 cups water
 

 

   
 
Method:

1. Wash and drain the rice. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

2. Reduce the heat. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed and the grains are separate. Serve on a flat dish.
