The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

---------------------------------------
 Hungarian specialty

Ingredients
3 pounds frying chicken cut into serving pieces
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp white wine
1 water (as needed)

Method:

1.  Season chicken with pepper and paprika. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on all sides about 10 minutes. Add garlic.

2.  Blend flour with skim milk and heat over low flame until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over chicken, cover, and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.

3.  Add a little water if necessary to prevent scorching. Remove chicken to a heated platter.

4.  Add 1 tbsp white wine to gravy. Reheat and pour over chicken.
