Ingredients |
90g (3 oz) fresh chutney
1 small onion
1-2 green chillies, seeds removed
2 tsp sugar
salt
lemon juice

Method:
1. Wash Mint and pick off
leaves, discarding stems. Chop leaves finely. Mince onions and chilies and
mix with mint, adding sugar, salt and lemon juice to taste. Pound all
together to a smooth paste or puree in the liquidizer.
2. Serve with Samosa or
Pakoras.
